Registration

A free group transfer from selected airports to the event venue and back to the selected airport will be provided for participants who selected the transfer option in the registration form. To accommodate different arrival times, if needed we will schedule multiple departure times from each airport. Depending on flight schedules, some participants may need to wait at the airport until other group members arrive, in order to travel together. The exact departure schedules from each airport will be communicated at a later date, once we have collected all the necessary travel details from participants who wish to use the group transfer. Participants who prefer a private transfer are kindly advised to check the box "I want private transfer" in the registration form and the organiser will do their best to arrange for such transfer. Participants who wish to use the option of private transfer will cover the cost of such transportation by themselves.
